When you lost or forgot the password for the web interface on the BOCA printer, you can only reset the printer to the default settings. Please not that ALL custom settings will be lost. The printer reset to the default state how it was originally shipped.
It is advised to first check if the web interface is password protected.
The login screen presented may differ depending on the firmware version in your printer.
If the printer has "N" version (or earlier) firmware you may see the below login screen.
When you see this screen window, the printer is not password protected. Optionally, you can enter a password to enable the password protection or leave it blank and press submit to continue.
If the printer has "N" version (or earlier) firmware you may see the below login screen.
When you see this window, the printer is password protected. You can enter the current password to login. Optionally enter a new password to change the current password.
If the printer has "R" version firmware you will see the below login screen.
Username = boca
Password = printer
Note: your IP address will be different than what is shown below.
The following screen will pop-up, click on the Submit button to go to the configuration page if the printer is not password protected.
Or enter the current password if the printer is password protected.
Or enter a new password to protect the printer.

Try again to find the password. If that is not successful you can only reset the printer. Print a self-test ticket before resetting the printer. For example network settings and print head settings are printed on the self-test. These settings may be required to configure the printer after the reset. Please see BOCA self-test ticket explanation.
Once you have the self-test ticket, you can Reset to factory default settings.
