We have become aware that after migrating from Windows10 to Windows 11, as well as after installing the Windows 11 24H2 update. Printer driver issues may arise.
Known symptoms:
- Printer driver not responsive
- Printer driver will only print the first ticket of a job.
It seems that the initial solution is to make sure your Windows 11 has the 25H2 update installed.
Once this is complete test the printing for more than one ticket, should this fail to work follow the next steps in trying to resolve the printer driver issue:
- Update the driver via the Update driver on the advanced tab of printer properties.
- Make sure to register the driver settings; port, paper size, etc.
Delete the printer driver from the printer & scanners.
Reinstall the printer driver using the current installed driver package. - Delete the printer driver from the printer & scanners.

- Click start button

- Type Printers on the keyboard and click on printers and scanner

- Click on Boca printer driver

- Click Printer Properties

- Click on Ports tab and uncheck enable bidirectional support

- Click apply
- Click on Advance Tab, click Print directly to printer

- Click apply and ok, then test again.
