On a Lemur without the auto cutter option, you need to tear off the tickets manually. The Boca printers have been designed that the perforation of the ticket should line up with the top edge of the cabinet.

When the tickets are correctly aligned in the printer, you can easily tear off the ticket by pulling it in an upwards motion.
Important note: Please always use the top edge of the cabinet to tear off. Do not tear down or forward. The printer can lose contact with the black mark and this can result in empty tickets being fed in or paper jams etc.
