You can print all settings of your printer onto tickets, the so called configuration tickets.

The easiest way of printing the configuration tickets is when you can send the test ticket command to the printer using the send text option in the configuration and test program. Always make sure you have sufficient ticket stock loaded.

To print the configuration tickets on your ticket width please use one of the command below.

<TST0>Normal self-test ticket pattern
<TST1>To print configuration settings if printing on at least 1” wide tickets
<TST2>To print configuration settings if printing on at least 2” wide tickets
<TST3>To print configuration settings if printing on at least 3” wide tickets
<TST4>To print configuration settings if printing on at least 4” wide tickets

When you want to print the configuration ticket via the printer menu, please follow the steps below:

  1. You want to make sure the printer has sufficient ticket stock loaded.
  2. Depress both the MENU and TEST buttons while turning on the printer. Keep both buttons depressed unit OPERATOR MENU appears in the LCD window or the display starts scrolling through different topics.
  3. Using the MENU button scroll down to the TEST TICKET? topic.
  4. Using the CHOICE button select configuration setting based upon the print width setting (see below). Once you have done this press the TEST button. The display will show EXIT AND SAVE, press the TEST button a second time. The printer will reset.
