To submit a new support ticket using the starting page of TLS - Boca Systems support, follow these steps:
- Access the Support Help Center at https://tlsbocasystems.freshdesk.com/support/home
- Click "New Support Ticket".
- Fill in the fields. (Please include any possible additional information such as printer model, serial number in the description field)
- Click Submit.
The fields, marked with a red asterisk (*), are required and must be filled in. If you leave any of those fields empty, you will not be able to submit your ticket.
Check ticket status:
In order to see the status of your Support Ticket and manage all your requests from a single page, you can log in after creating an account by verifying with the confirmation email.
