The ticket load procedure on a printer with magnetic encoding (MAG46 and Lemur-M) is different from the regular Boca printer models. Please use the steps below to correctly load your tickets.


  1. Either at power on or during printing a large batch of tickets, wait until the LCD displays PAPER OUT.
  2. Begin loading the tickets through the entrance roller in a smooth motion until the ticket stock is positioned against the first driver roller.
  3. About half a ticket will be inside the printer. Do NOT push it any further.
  4. Now press TEST It may be useful to help the ticket a little when the printer tries to pick it up.
  5. Let the printer load the tickets. When it is finished the Firmware and Fonts version will be shown on the LCD.
