My BOCA Printer fails to power-up, what can I do?

  • The AC power cord  connected to your printer may be faulty; try another cord.
  • The AC outlet may be faulty; try moving the printer to another wall outlet. 
  • Check main fuse and replace if blown, esp. after thunderstorms/lightning or problems with electricity.
    Ghostwriter printers have a red fuse block in the ac filter (2amp SB for 115V or 1amp SB for 220V).
    Lemur printers have an automatic internal fuse (switch printer off and wait 30 seconds before switching on again).
