For the Lemur-C models printers most spare parts are directly available from stock. For older models availability depends on model and age. Please always provide the serial number of your printer so we ensure that the part ordered is correct for your printer. Spare parts are provided exclusively for the purpose of replacing worn parts on existing printers. TLS - Boca Systems does not support the purchase of any parts for the purpose of upgrading, converting or in any way modifying the original function of the printer. All parts are purchased on a non-returnable, non-refundable basis. However, we may at our discretion choose to accept the return of certain parts with a restocking fee.
