When printing a document via the MAC print driver there is a possibility you may not be able to achieve the desired print layout using the predefined sizes available in the paper size selection. The below steps review how to create a custom paper size when printing a PDF document via Adobe Reader.
- Once the PDF document is opened in Adobe Reader proceed with printing it out.
- Click on the Page Setup button.
Your driver or document image may vary - Click on the Paper Size: drop down arrows.Your driver or pager size may vary
- Scroll to the bottom of choices and select Mange Custom Sizes…
- In the custom size menu you may click on the plus sign button to give a name to you custom page. In this case we used the name BOCA. You are able to then define all the field values shown below. Once you have entered the values you want you may then click on the OK button.
Your values will differ than was is shown above - The Page Setup menu will now show the custom page size ID that was created click on the OK button.
- You will be taken back to the print page where you may printout the document.
- You may adjust the custom page size you created by repeating steps 2 through 5.
Once you have you desired page size setting you can store it as a preset for this program.
